Our mission is to promote optimal health by balancing ancient wisdom with sound scientific research. We gratefully acknowledge the evolutionary process that has guided us towards a better quality of life for self and others. Our intention is to provide nutritionally complete products that benefit all systems of the body and to educate and empower those whose paths intersect with our own.
4R Health Products was established in 1998. Our roots are deeply embedded in the Aloe Vera industry, which began to emerge around thirty years ago. Through a series of serendipitous events, we came together, bringing forward a wide range of resources, talents and expertise.
First, my father, Dr. Robert Siegel, M.D., and his brother Bert became involved with an Aloe Vera pharmaceutical company. Working with eminent Aloe Vera research scientists, they began what would soon become a family-centered collaboration. Meanwhile, my passion for optimum health and wellness guided me on a nutritional path and to a national health conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here, through a chance encounter, I met my life partner, Linda. An alternative health practitioner, Linda proved equally passionate in her search for cutting edge nutritional information that would raise health awareness in her family and ultimately in her community and beyond.
In a relatively short time, we found ourselves blessed with the good fortune of working with my father. He in turn introduced us to other mentors—including numerous industry experts, healthcare professionals, and compassionate souls.
As a family, we made the decision to create AL Low & Associates Inc. and to develop the 4R Health™ product line. Our guiding philosophy was "keep things simple" and evolved over the years to providing our customers top quality products containing a full spectrum of health benefits—products of the highest caliber in which only safe natural ingredients are included, with an emphasis on nutritionally dense whole foods.
Scott & Linda Siegel
Although a thousand miles initially separated us, serendipity dictated that our lives and lifework would eventually intertwine. Linda’s professional background includes integrating multiple health modalities. Scott has a marketing background, with extensive exposure to and passion for research—particularly research pertaining to Aloe Vera.
Dr Robert Siegel MD, F.A.A.P.
Dr. Siegel is now retired after 54 years in medicine, 37 of those years as a practicing pediatrician in Dallas, Texas. He co-founded the Environmental Health Center of Dallas and was an Instructor at Southwestern Medical School. Over the years, Dr. Siegel also served as Chief of Staff at several Dallas hospitals. He became involved in Aloe Vera scientific research over 30 years ago, specializing in immune function. Dr. Siegel has been featured in alternative health books, on television; and has presented papers at many medical conferences. He also served as consultant to the International Aloe Vera Science Council.
Bert Siegel
Bert is a former stockbroker, having at one time held a seat on the Chicago Board of Trade. A visionary entrepreneur, Bert was at one time the largest stockholder of Carrington Labs, a scientific research laboratory exploring the potential healing effects of Aloe Vera. In 1984, Bert Siegel purchased and relocated Carrington's Aloe Vera fields from Texas to Costa Rica.
Both my father and uncle are octogenarians; they credit their longevity and vitality to these Aloe supplements. It is Dr. Siegel's opinion—based on years of observation and personal experience—that our products provide maximum benefit in the areas of IMMUNITY, BLOOD SUGAR REGULATION, and DIGESTION. Aloe Immune especially, as our flagship product, promotes a strong and balanced immune system. The 4R Health™ product line may be small, but our products are the result of careful, thorough research and we are pleased to continue offering them at cost-effective prices.
